At Sewingfoundry, all products are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically and made available for immediate access after purchase.

Digital Products & Refunds

Because our products are digital and customers receive access to their files immediately after completing their purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the digital product has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

No physical product will be shipped.

Please carefully review the product description, sizes, skill level, included files, and other product details before completing your purchase.

We Do Not Offer Refunds For

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong pattern
  • Purchasing the wrong size or product
  • Not reading the product description before purchasing
  • Not having the required printer, software, sewing machine, tools, or materials
  • Difficulty completing the pattern due to sewing experience or skill level
  • Digital files that have already been made available for access or download

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us with your order details.

Duplicate purchases will be reviewed individually, and we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction where appropriate.

Problems With Your Files

If your download is missing, corrupted, incomplete, or you receive the incorrect files, please contact us.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing the correct files, replacing damaged files, or helping you access your purchase.

A technical issue with accessing a download does not automatically qualify for a refund if we are able to provide a working replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If a digital product is genuinely defective, materially different from its description, or the incorrect product has been supplied, please contact us so we can correct the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
